Tom Wright has been a well respected member of NMEDA for 18 years. His company, Wright-Way, Inc has provided safe and reliable mobility conversions for over 50 years. Tom has been an active member of NMEDA during his 18 year association with them. His involvement includes QAP Compliance Committee, serving six years as Secretary, 7 years on the Executive Board, sitting on the Board of the Ad Hoc Insurance Committee, the Ad Hoc Licensing Committee, Chairperson of the Ad Hoc Industry Association Committee, Board member Dealer/Manufacturer Committee, Board member By Laws Committee, Board member Guidelines Committee, Board member Public Relations, Board member NHTSA Exclusion Petition Ad Hoc Committee and Mid West Representative.

In addition, Tom has served on the Ford Advisory Committee for six years, the Chrysler Committee for five years and the GM Advisory Committee for six years. He served three years on the Texas Passenger Restraint Committee, working in conjunction with Texas A&M University, served as Board representative to the committee that was selected to interview candidates for a new Executive Director for NMEDA and served two years on Electronic Mobility Controls Advisory Board. He has received numerous accolades for his dedication not only to the industry but NMEDA as well.
